本文合成了一种在水中和有机相中均有良好溶解性的新型多吡啶Pt(Ⅱ)配合物[Pt],并利用[Pt]作光催化剂,研究了N-苯基四氢异喹啉的可见光催化交叉脱氢偶联反应.在空气和室温条件下,高效实现了N-苯基四氢异喹啉和硝基烷烃在纯水相和有机相中的交叉脱氢偶联:在水相中,偶联反应的产率在81％以上;在有机相中,光照1h底物完全转化,对于不同取代基的N-苯基四氢异喹啉和硝基烷烃均得到几乎定量的偶联产物,产率大于97％.光催化剂[Pt]表现出的优异催化活性,为可见光催化活化C-H键提供了高效便捷的方法,拓展了水相进行的高效交叉脱氢偶联反应.
