研究ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3复相陶瓷的高温氧化机理,以改善超高温陶瓷抗氧化.结果表明,ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3复相陶瓷的氧化质量增加随YAG-Al2O3含量增加而减小,并随A12O3摩尔比值增大而减小.在1 300℃以下,该复相陶瓷氧化质量增加随氧化时间延长而增加,但是随着氧化时间的延长,氧化质量增加率逐渐降低.在1 300℃以上,改变YAG-Al2O3含量对氧化质量增加趋势影响不大,但改变Al2O3的摩尔比值,氧化质量增加趋势变化较为明显.
