以盐酸作为浸出剂,对从赤泥中提取钪的试验条件进行了较为全面的研究.试验结果表明,浸出剂盐酸浓度为6mol/L,液固比为5:1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1h,钪的浸出率大于85%,每1kg赤泥酸耗量约为21.2mol.

In this paper,leaching scandium from red mud by hydrochloric acid in different conditions was studied. The result showed that,when concentrate of HCl,liquid-to-solid ratio,temperature and time were selected to be 6mol/L,5∶1,50℃ and 1h,respectively,the leaching rate of scandium is more than 85%. The consumption of hydrochloric acid is about 21.2mol for 1kg red mud.
