采用高能球磨粉末冶金技术制备了SiCp/Al复合材料,研究分析了该材料界面结构特点.结果表明,该材料的界面包括轻微反应型和干净界面两种,轻微反应型界面由SiC颗粒表面及其附近基体中的MgAl2O4组成,干净界面上无反应物.
