采用脉冲喷射电沉积方法在45钢基体表面制备了纳米镍涂层,用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了平均电流密度对镍涂层表面形貌、微观组织结构及平均晶粒尺寸的影响,并进行了耐腐蚀性试验.结果表明:用该方法制备的纳米镍涂层表面比较平整、晶粒细小并且结合较致密,但晶粒间仍存在一定的孔隙;随着平均电流密度的增大,平均晶粒尺寸先变小再变大,当平均电流密度为39.8 A·dm-2时涂层最致密,平均晶粒尺寸最小(13.7 nm);纳米镍涂层试样的耐腐蚀性能有较大的提高,但经过一段时间后腐蚀速率有所上升,这可能与腐蚀介质的渗入有很大关系.
