测定了Al2O3短纤维增强不同铝基复合材料的抗拉强度,利用SEM动态拉伸装置观察了复合材料的微观断裂过程,根据这些试验结果以及有限元计算结果对强度预测公式进行了修正.结果表明:目前普遍采用的强度预测公式,仅适用于断裂机理是纤维断裂型的复合材料,取向因子应为0.49.
