采用一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精对涤纶织物进行表面接枝改性,考察涤纶织物的表面改性程度和改性后涤纶织物的润湿性,并对接枝后的涤纶织物进行喷墨转移印花.研究结果表明,当减量率为35.63%,增重率达到7.50%,接枝后涤纶织物润湿性能提高,润湿时间降低为44.97s,喷墨转移印花K/S提高,当于180℃转印30s时,其K/S值由未处理织物的7.81增加至表面接枝改性织物的9.56,降低转印温度或减少转印时间会降低转印的颜色深度,提高转印增深率.因此,MCT-β-CD表面改性提供了一条提高涤纶织物喷墨转移印花颜色深度的有效途径.
