利用一组 3×3 的长直不锈钢管束通电加热液态水.实验结果表明:当通电电压升高到一定值时,管间产生吸合效应,导致管束发生短接.本文主要从热应力效应和磁场力效应这两方面因素及其相互关系分析了长直通电加热管束产生吸合现象的原因,该研究有利于发热式管壁直接加热器的研制.

A 3×3 array of a long straight tube bundle of stainless steel is electrified to heat liquid water. Experimental results show that as voltage is increased to a certain value, pull-in action among tube bundle emerged, which results in short circuit current between tube bundles. In this paper, both thermal stress effect and magnetic field stress effect are studied and pull-in action among the long straight tube bundle with ohmic heating is analyzed. The research is beneficial to manufactures of tube wall heaters with direct ohmic heating.
