在去离子水配制的3.5%NaCl(pH6.5)体系中,借助经典失重法以及动电位实验等方法,采用PZn0.75~20 mlY与PBLa0.5 mM~20 mlY两种配方的缓蚀剂体系,分别对模拟制作的古代铸铁样品以及天津大沽炮台铁炮进行了缓蚀效果评估试验.结果表明,针对模拟铸铁样品,所选体系的缓蚀率高达95%以上,适合于天津大沽铁炮的保护.

Corrosion inhibition of two complex inhibitor systems of PZn 0.75~20 mlY and PBLa 0.5 mM~20 mlY in 3.5% NaCl was studied respectively on samples of two kind simulated ancient cast irons by methods of weight loss and polarization curves.and thereafter the corrosion inhibition performance of the two inhibitors was evaluated on the cast iron cannon situated at tianjin.The results show that these two inhibitor systems show good synergistic inhibition effect,the inhibition effibiency exceeded 95%,furthermore,the inhibitor of PZn 0.75~20mlY is very suitable for the corrosion protection of the cast iron cannon in Tianjin.
