综述了水下施工涂料开发的意义及水下施工特点。讨论了涂料各组分对涂料性能的影响及选用原则，并介绍了一些简要配方。
The significance and application characteristics of underwater coating compositions have been reviewed. It discussed the influence of each ingredient of formulation on the coatings performance and selection principle. Several guide formulations were given.
