为提高大高炉布料溜槽的使用寿命,探讨了溜槽设计的原则和结构参数对布料规律的影响。在此基础上,研究了大高炉布料溜槽CAD系统的基本实现原理与方法。引入同级变量与关键变量的思想,解决了零件、装配之间的关系问题,使整个参数化系统能够协同变化。应用ADO技术,建立程序与数据库之间的链接,利用整体参数表和零件参数表,提供了有效的数据存取、管理以及显示的方法。以VB作为开发语言,研制了一套实用的基于Solid Edge平台的高炉布料溜槽CAD系统。

In order to improve the useful time of distribution chute of larger blast furnace, design principle and the effect on distribution rule caused by chute structure parameters were discussed. The basic development principles and methods of distribution chute CAD system were studied. In order to solve the problem of the relationship between the parts and assembly, the brother variables and key variables ware introduced, so that the change of whole system parameter can be coordinated. With the ADO technology, the link between procedures and databases was established. Using incorporated parameter table and parts parameter table, an effective storage, management, and display method was provided. With VB as open tool, a practical CAD system of distribution chute was developed on the basic of Solid Edge.
