为节约电能,提高汽车涂装的生产率,提出了一种节能改造方案。通过在烘干室内安装远红外定向辐射器,对电泳底漆和面漆烘干室进行了改造。估算了改造后的经济效益。结果表明,经上述改造,可节约大量电能,提高生产率和涂膜质量。

The purpose of this article was to save energy and raiseproductivity of automotives painting. An energy-saving modification was presented. Far infrared directional radiators were mounted in electrophortic base coat and top coat baking booth. Economic effectiveness after the modification was evaluated. Results show that large electric energy can be saved, productivity and coating properties are raised.
