以BaTiO3、CYD128型环氧树脂、丁腈橡胶和4,4-二氨基二苯基砜为原料,采用共混法制备了具有高介电常数和低介电损耗性能的BaTiO3/环氧复合材料.实验结果表明,环氧树脂中添加BaTiO3后,介电常数从4提高到25,介电损耗从0.4%提高到0.7%.丁腈橡胶的加入使复合材料的介电常数进一步提高到41,介电损耗提高到1.7%,体积电阻率降低到1×1011Ω,击穿强度保持在8kV/mm.Lichtenecker模型计算表明,环氧树脂中BaTiO3的有效介电常数为343,丁腈橡胶为138.
A kind of BaTiO3/epoxy composite material with high dielectric constant and low dielectric dissipation was prepared by mixing method. The composite was prepared with BaTiO3, epoxy resin CYD128, 4, 4-diaminodiphenyl sulphone and nitrile-butadiene rubber. Experimental results indicated that BaTiO3 could increase dielectric constant of the epoxy resin from 4 to 25, and dielectric dissipation factor from 0.4% to 0.7%. Nitrile-butadiene rubber increased the dielectric constant of the BaTiO3/epoxy composite from 25 to was 343 and the nitrile-butadiene rubber was 138 in the epoxy resin matrix. A new method of preparation embedded capacitor with low cost industrially was explored.
