通过单道次压缩实验,研究了孪生诱导塑性钢,即TWIP钢在800~1 000 ℃、应变速率=001~500 s-1条件下的热变形行为及其组织变化。结果表明,TWIP钢的热变形激活能Q=489972 kJ/mol,在此基础上得到了TWIP钢高温变形的热加工方程;采用Z参数预测了动态再结晶的临界条件,得知:Z≤676×1020时,易发生动态再结晶,此时TWIP钢具有较好的热加工性能。

Hot deformation behavior and evolution of the microstructure at high temperatures of TWIP steel were predicted by using hot compression test at different strain rates and temperatures. The results show that the investigated TWIP steel has relatively high activity energy of Q=489972 kJ/mol for hot deformation, and the hot working equation is obtained. The occurrence of dynamic recrystallization can be estimated by using a ZenerHollomon type equation. The results show that dynamic recrystallization is prone to occur when Z≤676×1020, and better hot deformation properties will be obtained under this condition.
