通过采用不同的乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体( POE)来增韧两种抗冲聚丙烯材料,并采用低温多轴冲击测试来评估材料的低温冲击韧性性能。多轴冲击测试和扫描电镜表明:不同PP通过低温多轴冲击测试需要添加的POE份数不同,不同POE的增韧效果也有所不同,弹性体在基体树脂中的分散尺寸较小且分布均匀,有助于提高材料的低温冲击韧性性能。

The impact polypropylene blends were modified by different POEs. The impact performance at low temperature was estimated by low temperature multi-axial impact testing. The multi-axial impact testing and trans-mission electron microscope indicate that different PPs need different amount of POEs to pass the low temperature multi-axial impact testing,and the effect of toughening by different POEs is also different. The impact property of polypropylene blend is enhanced by the size and uniformity of elastomer dispersion.
