高级检索

利用单辊急冷法制备了Cu64Zr36非晶合金,使用盐浴等温退火并用DSC和XRD研究了其晶化过程、玻璃转变和晶化动力学.结果表明:Cu64Zr36非晶合金的晶化过程为:非晶→非晶+Cu10Zr7→Cu10Zr7+CuZr2.该合金的玻璃转变和晶化激活能分别为433.7 kJ/mol和603 kJ/mol.
