系统研究了Custom 465钢510 ℃时效析出相及相关的位向关系,结果表明:Ni3Ti是钢的主要时效析出相,析出相为杆状,杆的长度方向与马氏体基体的[111]M方向一致;(011)M//(0001)Ni3Ti 、[111]M//[1120]Ni3Ti是马氏体和Ni3Ti金属间化合物确切的位向关系,这种位向关系使Ni3Ti在马氏体基体内出现12种可能的亚型。

The aging precipitates and the relationships with martensite of Custom 465 were researched. The results show that Ni3Ti is the major precipitate in the steel. The precipitates take the form of poles with the longitudinal axis parallel to [111]M. The relationships between the precipitates and the martensite are (011)M//(0001)Ni3Ti [111]M//[1120]Ni3Ti. These relationships make Ni3Ti precipitate in 12 kinds of possible variants.
