观察并研究了Nb-V-Ti微合金钢中超细晶奥氏体在不同等温温度下的长大动力学行为。基于Beck方程以及普遍适用性的长大动力学方程,分析时问因子n的变化趋势。结果表明,在等温温度大于1000qC条件下时间因子n值才趋于稳定值0.28±0.02,并发现奥氏体晶粒超细化后曲率半径的减小以及固溶的微合金元素含量是影响时间因子的主要原因。

Growth kinetics behavior of ultrafine austenite grains in a NbVTi microalloyed steel was investigated. The values of time exponent(n) was analysed based on the Beck equation and universal grain growth kinetics equation. The rcsuIts indicate that the time exponent(n) became stabilized to be 0. 28 0. 02 only when the helding temperature is higher than 1000℃ , and it is mainly influenced by the decrease of curvature radius of ultrafine grain boundary and the solution of microalloy elements.
