采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了NiO薄膜,并利用热重分析法、X射线光电子光谱法、X射线衍射法对其进行分析,同时用紫外线光谱法研究了电致变色特性.实验结果表明溶胶-凝胶法是1种制备NiO薄膜的有效方法,薄膜的成分很大程度上取决于热处理的温度,450℃时电致变色的效率为最佳.
