采用电化学方法研究了镁锂合金在模拟人体体液中的腐蚀行为,采用扫描电镜观察了腐蚀后的表面形貌,并用失重法研究了腐蚀速率。结果表明,镁锂合金的腐蚀属于析氢腐蚀,随腐蚀时间的增加,阳极活性溶解受到抑制。镁锂合金在模拟人体体液中的电化学反应电阻比在pH=7的3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学反应电阻高20多倍。腐蚀24h后,镁锂合金表面变黑,仍有大面积没有被腐蚀的区域,腐蚀区域内蚀坑数量较多,但腐蚀坑小而浅。

The corrosion behavior of Mg-Li alloy in simulating human body fluid solution was investigated by electrochemical methods. The corrosion morphology was analyzed by SEM, and the average corrosion rate was detected by weight loss method. The results showed that the corrosion of Mg-Li alloy was hydrogen corrosion; with the increase of time, the corrosion of Mg-Li alloy was restricted. The electrochemical reaction resistance was 20 times larger than that of Mg-Li alloy in 3. 5% NaC1 solution of pH= 7. After 24 hours corrosion, there were still many areas not corroded in the surface; the corrosion surface of Mg-Li alloy became black and there were many small and shallow corrosion pits on it.
