采用聚碳酸酯圆柱体试样进行镦粗实验,并以光塑性法对实验结果进行分析,再以有限元工艺仿真软件DEFORM模拟的等效应变图加以验证。实验结果可知,变形体内部呈现出3个不同的变形程度和应力状态的区域,和传统的镦粗理论相符合。这表明采用光塑性法可以更加直观地观察圆柱体镦粗内部的应力分布规律,这对进一步分析镦粗内部应力应变场有重要意义。

The upsetting test of cylinder specimen made of polycarbonate is carried out with a photoplasticity method and the stress distribution rules is verified by the finite element simulation software DEFORM.The results showed that there are three areas with different deformation degrees and the stress status inside the deformed body,which are consistent with the traditional upsetting theory.It means that the photoplasticity method offers a more direct way to observ the internal stress distribution rules of cylinder upsetting.Therefore,this method is of great significance for further analysis of the internal stress distribution rules of cylinder upsetting.
