采用两种不同结构的含双键二元醇三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)与2-(3-(((2,2-二(羟甲基)丁氧基)酰胺基)甲基)-3,5,5-三甲基环己基氨基甲酰氧)丙烯酸乙酯(BTEA)作为扩链剂在分子侧链上引入可UV固化的双键,分别制备出双键含量相同的可UV固化的水性聚氨酯TMPME-PU和BTEA-PU。红外光谱(FT-IR)测试分析证实了TMPME-PU和BTEA-PU的结构。实验发现,具有较长支链BTEA-PU的双键活动性高,固化后双键转化率可达89%。与TMPME-PU相比,BTEA-PU固化膜具有较高的交联密度,更好的耐水和耐溶剂性。UV固化使两种乳胶膜由软、韧性的弹性体变成了硬、韧性的塑性体,且BTEA-PU固化膜具有良好的韧性特征。

Two kinds of UV curable waterborne polyurethane TMPME-PU and BTEA-PU with the same C=C content in the side chain were prepared by using trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether(TMPME) and 2-(3-(((2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)butoxy)carbonylamino)methyl)-3,5,5-trimethyl cyclohexylcarbamoyloxy) ethyl acrylate(BTEA) as chain extender,respectively.The structure of TMPME-PU and BTEA-PU was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).It is found that the activity of C=C in the long side chain of BTEA-PU is high,C=C conversion after curing can reach at 89%.Compared to TMPME-PU,the cured BTEA-PU has a high crosslink density,good water and solvent resistances.The two kinds of latex films are changed from elastomer into plastic during UV irradiation,and cured BTEA-PU has a fine toughness.
