Using ground granulated blast furnace slag as the activ e stuff of high performance concrete (HPC), the C60 SHPC was prepared. The behav iour of the C60 SHPC and its application in the Car Parking Building of Be ijin g Capital International Airport were described. Also, the manufacturing techniq ues of reducing cement consumption, lowering hydration heat, minimizing shrinkage c racks and improving durability of the C60 SHPC were discussed.
