采用高温固相法制备了Sr3-x-v(Al1-zBz)2O6∶Eux2+,Dyy3+(x,y,z=0,0.1)长余辉发光粉.利用XRD测试仪、荧光分光光度计和热释光计量仪分别研究了Eu、Dy和B的掺杂对材料晶体结构、激发和发射光谱、余辉衰减特性和热释光光谱的影响.结果表明,Eu、Dy共掺杂的样品中Dy3+的掺杂有利于Eu3+还原为Eu2+.余辉曲线的拟合结果表明,Eu、Dy、B共掺的样品具有最好的余辉特性,这源于该样品具有最大的发光强度常数和时间衰减常数.Eu、Dy、B共掺样品的热释光曲线很好的由8个高斯峰拟合,分析了掺杂引入的缺陷类型及对应的热释光峰位,改进了长余辉发光材料电子转移发光模型.
