对坦桑尼亚某大鳞片石墨矿进行选择性磨浮试验研究,在确定最佳粗选条件和粗精矿再磨细度的基础上,对比传统选矿工艺流程和优化工艺流程,采用新的优化工艺流程达到了保护石墨大鳞片又提高石墨精矿品位和回收率的目的,最终获得固定碳含量为96.28%,回收率为90.69%的石墨精矿,相比传统工艺流程分别提高了9.63%和3.4%。

With the experimental research on selective grinding and floating offlakey graphitein Tanzania , compared to conventional beneficiation process and optimization process on the basis of the best roughing conditions and regrinding fineness of rough concentrate , the large scale of graphite was protected while improving the grade and recovery rate of graphite concentrate in the experimental conditions of optimization process .Finally, the fixed carbon content of the concentrate is 96.28%, and the recovery rate of concentrate is 90.69% and increased by 9.63% and 3.4%respectivelycompared with conventional beneficiation process .
