热电效应在发电和致冷方面有着巨大的应用潜力.从如何提高热电材料热电优值的理论研究出发,列出了手找高优值热电材料的几种主要途径.在此基础上,重点介绍了最近几年来新型热电材料的研究发展情况,包括笼式化合物、超晶格热电材料、Half-Heusler合金等.并提出了亟待解决的问题和今后的研究方向.
