为了揭示热轧后退火对超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢冷轧退火板成形性能的影响,以1种铌、钛双稳定化超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢的热轧板和热轧退火板为实验材料,分别进行相同的冷轧及退火处理,对其组织、织构演变和成形性能进行了对比研究.研究结果表明,热轧后退火对冷轧退火板的组织、织构和成形性能影响很大.与不退火相比,退火能够使冷轧退火板获得均匀的再结晶组织和较大的晶粒尺寸,α纤维织构显著减弱,厚度方向γ纤维再结晶织构的梯度显著降低,并使γ纤维再结晶织构偏离{111}〈1 21〉组分的角度明显降低,从而使平均塑性应变比提高31.1%、平面各向异性指数降低62.5%.

To understand the effect of annealing after hot rolling on formability of the cold rolled annealed sheet in an ultra-purified Cr17 ferritic stainless steel,the hot rolled sheet and the hot rolled annealed sheet stabilized with Nb+Ti were cold-rolled and annealed,and the microstructure evolution,texture evolution and formability were studied.It was shown that the annealing after hot rolling had great influences on the microstructure,texture and formability of the cold rolled annealed sheet which possessed more homogeneous recrystallization microstructure and larger grain size,and exhibited much weaker α-fiber texture,γ-fiber recrystallization texture gradient along thickness direction and smaller deviation angle from {111}121 texture.As a result,the average strain ratio Δ was increased by 31.1% while the planar anisotropy Δr was decreased by 62.5%.
