测定了新型抗肿瘤洛铂衍生物cis-[trans-1,2-双(氨甲基)环丁烷·3-氧代-1,1-环丁烷二羧酸合铂(Ⅱ)](LLC-1903)在D2O和DMSO-d6中的1H NMR,并进行比较、分析和归属.对2种溶剂中的1H NMR谱图差异进行了解释,提出在水溶液中由于氢键的形成,导致在环丁烷上的2组CH2处于不同的空间位置,氢谱出现明显的分裂.

A new derivative of lobaplatin,cis-[trans-1,2-bis(aminomethyl)cyclobutane·3-oxo-1,1-cyclo- butanedicarboxylatoplatinum(Ⅱ) (LLC-1903), was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance technology.1H NMR spectra of the complex both in D2OandDMSO-d6 were compared and assigned. The differences of the spectra in D2OandDMSO-d6 were explained. It is proposed that the pronounced spilt observed in D2O for1H peak of CH2 groups of 3-oxo-1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate should be caused by different spatial orientations of the CH2 groups in the molecule when the complex is dissolved in water, and a hydrogen bond ring may be formed by linking H2O with the oxygen of 3-carbonyl group and 1-carboxylate together, leading to distortion of the cyclobutane ring.
