一种具有双向形变记忆功能的光致弯曲聚合物材料,在光驱动型执行器中应用潜力较大。材料的力学性能及光致弯曲特性,是执行器结构设计和分析的必要依据。通过拉伸实验,了解到材料具有线弹性材料类似的力学性能,并得到了其弹性模量。通过对材料光致弯曲效应的分析,推导出光致弯曲曲率的表达式。利用该公式,对光致弯曲实验观测到的数据进行非线性拟合,得到材料的光致弯曲特性参数。计算曲率较好地符合了实验数据,证明了公式和参数的合理性。

A photo-induced bending polymer has a two-way shape memory function.Its potential on photo-driven actuator is enormous.The mechanical and photo-induce bending properties is necessary basis of the actuator design and analysis.Tensile test results show that the polymer has similar properties as linear elastic materials.The elastic modulus of the tested materials is also obtained.Analysis of the photo-induced bending phenomenon derives a formula for calculating curvature.Based on this formula,the measured data from photo-induced bending experiment are dealt with using nonlinear fitting method to get the parameters of photo-induced bending properties.The calculated value fit the experimental value well.It proves that the curvature formula and the parameters are reasonable.
