以TiCL4和正辛醇为原料,通过液相水解法制备出粒径较小、分散性较好的纳米二氧化钛粉体.利用X射线衍射和透射电镜等检测方法对二氧化钛粒子特性的影响因素进行探讨.结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,纳米TiO2颗粒呈增大趋势,分散性越来越差,晶相由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变.煅烧时间对纳米TiO2的粒径大小和晶相影响较小,对纳米TiO2分散性影响较大.随着TiCl4浓度变大,TiO2粒径变小,但分散性变差.水解温度越高,纳米TiO2粒径越大,颗粒分散性越差.
