先利用微层共挤出技术制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA6)交替层状材料,并将其造粒,然后在不同的温度下对层状粒料进行模压和微量注塑成型制备HPDE/PA6片状共混物。通过扫描电镜和氧气渗透测试研究二次加工方法和温度对相形态和阻隔性能的影响。通过压板在200℃制备片状共混物,可以保留微层共挤出时形成的PA6片状结构,并且氧气阻隔性能比普通共混物提高了21倍。通过微量注塑成型在250℃制备层状共混物,可使熔融的PA6片在剪切力作用下发生二维变形取向,重新生成高长径比的PA6片状结构,其氧气阻隔性能比普通共混物提高了43倍。

Microlayer coextrusion was employed to produce the continuous and alternating microlayered high density polyethylene(HDPE)/polyamide 6(PA6) blends in the first-step processing.In the second step after granulation,microlayered HDPE/PA6 pellets were mold-compressed and mini-injected at both 200 ℃ and 250 ℃ to manufacture final products to produce HDPE/PA6 layer blends.In order to study the influence of second-step processing condition on the morphology and oxygen barrier properties of HDPE/PA6 layer composites,SEM observation and oxygen permeability of the resulted samples were carried out.Microlayer pellets being hot-pressed at 200 ℃ or mini-injected at 250 ℃,the original PA6 laminas with high aspect ratio can be retained or reformed well under the shearing force of injection,and the oxygen barrier property of resulting products is improved by 21 folds or 43 folds in comparison with conventional blends due to the elongation of the pathway through which oxygen molecules have to penetrate.
