以N-羟甲基苯甲酰胺与β-萘酚为原料制备了荧光化合物α-N-甲基苯甲酰胺-β-萘酚.采用FTIR、1HNMR、元素分析仪表征了产物结构.利用Gauss03程序包6-31G机组优化化合物结构,得到化合物最优结构的键长、键角.利用紫外可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计检测化合物的光学性质.通过探讨反应物物质的量比、催化剂与反应溶剂的体积比、反应温度和反应时间对反应产率的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:n(β-萘酚)∶n(N-羟甲基苯甲酰胺)=1∶1.25,V(催化剂)∶V(溶剂)=1∶10,反应温度控制在40℃回流反应7h,此条件下产率为88%.化合物的最大吸收波长为280nm,发射峰分别为348nm和359nm,359nm处的发射峰略低.
