针对氧化物弥散强化MGH 956合金板材加工的热等静压、热锻、热轧、温轧、到最终再结晶退火的整个工艺过程和组织控制进行了研究。明确了对于不同厚度的成品板材,在最后一轮次退火后的温轧过程中,必须选用不同的工艺参数,通过控制温轧工艺参数,成功轧制出厚40~05 mm板材,该板材在随后相应的高温退火条件下,均可实现充分的再结晶,生成希望得到的盘状粗晶组织。

The manufacturing processes including HIP, hot forging, hot rolling, warm rolling, and final recystalization treatment and structure control of MGH 956 sheet have been systematically studied. It is clear that different working parameters should be selected for the sheets with different thickness during the last cycle warm rolling process after the final working annealing treatment. For the controlling of warm rolling parameters, the alloy sheets with thickness ranging from 40 to 05 mm are successfully manufactured, and are able to be recrystallized completely under the condition of corresponding high temperature annealing treatment. An expected kind of pancake coarse grain structure can also be obtained.
