采用化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验等方法对45钢轴件的变形原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于锻造温度偏高,又未进行正火处理,造成了显微组织的异常,使得工件在加工过程中出现了变形现象。

The deformation cause of 45 steel axis was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, and metallographic examination. The results showed that the microstructure of 45 steel was abnormal, because the forging temperature was relatively high and the normalizing treatment was not conducted. Therefore, the workpiece can easily deform in the processing.
