采用高能喷丸对工业纯铁棒材端面进行了表面自纳米化处理,在处理表面以下一定厚度内形成了纳米晶组织.采用自纳米化纯铁和未自纳米化纯铁端面对接中间夹Ni箔的方法,利用脉冲加压的方式在850℃实现了Ni向纯铁的扩散,用能谱仪(EDS)测试出扩散界面两侧一定范围内Ni原子的扩散浓度,计算了Ni原子在两侧纯铁表面扩散层中的扩散系数.结果表明.工业纯铁经表面自纳米化处理后,在短时间内明显提高了Ni原子的扩散系数.
