采用磷酸阳极化工艺对铝箔网进行了表面处理,研究了阳极化工艺参数对其与树脂基复合材料粘接性能的影响,并对优化后工艺处理的铝箔网表面形貌及粘接性能进行了分析。结果表明:最佳工艺参数的去氧化时磷酸体积分数为16%,处理时间为6min,氧化时磷酸体积分数为16%,处理时间为23min;磷酸阳极化后,铝箔网表面生成一层疏松多孔的氧化膜,可以增大铝箔网表面与复合材料的粘接界面面积,并有良好的界面效应,有效地提高了粘接强度,与处理前的抗拉剪强度相比,提高了14.66%;同时铝箔网的耐蚀性也得到了较大提高。

The aluminum foil mesh was anodized in the solutions of phosphoric acid and the effect of the anodizing parameters on the adhesive property of the aluminum foil mesh and resin matrix composite were studied. The surface morphology and adhensive property of anodized aluminum foil mesh treated by improved progress were observed and analyzed. The results show that the phosphoric acid volume fraction of deoxidization in optimum process was 16% and time was 6 min, the phosphoric acid volume fraction of oxidization was 16% and time was 23 min. A porous oxidation film was formed on the surface of the aluminum foil mesh, and it helped to increase the interface area of aluminum foil mesh and composite, make a good interface effect and improve the adhesive strength, the shear strength was 14. 66% larger than that of the non-anodized one. The anodized aluminum foil mesh had better corrosion resistance.
