以FMG褐铁矿为主,配加不同比例的进口矿进行烧结配矿试验研究,并优化出了各配矿条件下合理的工艺操作参数。试验结果表明:FMG矿与巴西矿搭配,混合料水分7.5%、焦粉用量4.9%时,转鼓强度为65.33%,利用系数为1.40t/(h·m2);FMG、澳矿与巴西矿搭配,混合料水分7.5%、焦粉用量5.2%时,其转鼓强度为64%,利用系数为1.32t/(h·m2);而其他配矿方案,烧结指标较差,难以达到生产要求。对以上2种烧结矿的矿相鉴定及冶金性能研究结果表明,2种烧结矿均具有良好的微观结构和冶金性能,能满足高炉冶炼的要求。

Sintering test of FMG limonite matching with other imported ores was carried out and the optimal process parameters were determined. The tumbling index was 65.33% and productivity was 1.40t/(h·m2) under the conditions of moisture of 7.5%, coke dosage of 4.9%, when FMG limonite matched with brazilian specularite. The tumbling index was 64% and productivity was 1.32t/(h·m2) under the conditions of moisture of 7.5%, coke dosage of 5.2%, when FMG limonite matched with brazilian specularite and australian ore. However, sinters via other ore matching schemes were difficult to meet the production requirements. Mineral phase and metallurgical properties can meet the requirement of BF smelting.
