高级检索

高速钢轧辊因具有硬度高、红硬性好及耐磨性好的特点而在轧钢工业获得了广泛的应用.概述了高速钢轧辊中的主要元素及其作用、各类型碳化物的特点以及高速钢轧辊的生产工艺及其特点,介绍了变质处理对高速钢轧辊材料组织与性能影响的研究现状.建议加强轧辊化学成分匹配、热处理工艺、使用特性、组织转变规律及变质处理计算机控制技术等方面的研究,以进一步提高高速钢轧辊的研究和使用水平.
