以物质的量比为1∶1∶3的钛粉、铝粉和TiN粉为原料,经普通混料机和不同转速高能球磨两种方式混料处理后,再在1 100~1 300℃真空反应烧结合成了Ti4AlN3粉体,研究了产物的物相和形貌、混合原料的物相以及烧结温度对合成Ti4AlN3的影响,确定了合成Ti4AlN3粉体的最适宜工艺.结果表明:以400 r·min-1转速高能球磨3h后再在1 300℃反应2h是合成Ti4AlN3粉体的最适宜工艺.
