采用静电纺制备了聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)纤维膜,研究了工艺条件对纤维膜形貌的影响及纤维膜的亲水性和细胞相容性.结果表明,溶剂对纤维膜形貌具有重要影响;在PBC质量分数为22%~28%,电压-距离比为20kV/20cm,湿度在20%~50%所制得的纤维膜具有良好的表面形貌;PBC纤维膜的亲水性优于聚己内酯(PCL);PBC纤维膜的细胞铺展和细胞增殖结果与PCL差异较小.
