采用溶胶-凝胶结合溶剂热浸渍法,利用硼溶胶和B2O3微粉对炭/炭(C/C)复合材料进行基体和表面改性。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段对改性后C/C复合材料的物相组成和显微结构进行表征。重点研究了溶剂热处理时间对改性后C/C复合材料的物相组成、显微结构及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明经过溶剂热改性处理后,C/C复合材料的表面缺陷被B2O3保护层所覆盖,同时基体内部缺陷也被B2O3所填充。延长溶剂热改性时间,B2O3覆盖层的平滑度和致密度不断上升,C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能不断提高。经48h溶剂热改性后的C/C复合材料在静态空气中600℃恒温氧化17h后的质量损失仅为2.13%。

Carbon/carbon(C/C) composites were modified by a sol-gel integrated with solvothermal process using tributyl borate sol and B2O3 micro powders.The as-modified C/C composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) techniques.The influences of the solvothermal treatment time on the phase,microstructures and anti-oxidation properties of the modified C/C composites were investigated.Results show that the surface of the C/C composites is covered by a B2O3 protective layer;meanwhile,the internal defects of the matrices are occupied by B2O3 after modification.The density and smoothness of the layer are improved when the temperature range from 12 to 72h,moreover,the oxidation resistance of the C/C composites is effectively improved.The anti-oxidation property of the modified C/C composites is improved with the increasing of solvothermal time.The mass loss of the modified C/C composites is only 2.13% after oxidized in air at 600℃ for 17h.
