基于对板坯连铸温度场、热-机械应力应变场的数值模拟,研究了不同工艺条件下板坯凝固过程中液芯长度的变化规律.同时还探讨了板坯在液态、凝固和固态冷却过程的收缩行为.通过这两方面的研究,对国外报道的某些连铸机上已采用的凝固末端轻压下技术进行剖析,并分析实时控制对板坯质量的重要性,为有效实现凝固末端轻压下技术实时控制的国产化打下理论基础.
