利用一种新的电路模型系统研究了约瑟夫森结(阵列)与谐振器的耦合效应.以结的电压自锁定台阶幅度△I为目标值,得到了谐振电路的电阻R、谐振频率f_r对耦合的影响规律,并给出了合理解释;以结阵列的相位互锁定强度I_L为目标,研究了I_L对锁定电压V_L的依赖关系,同时,通过相关计算将其与通常电路模型下得到的结果进行了比较.

Taking advantage of a new circuit model, we studied the coupling effect of resonator-coupled Josephson junction (arrays). Taking the self-voltage locking strength of a junction as objective, the influences of resistor R and resonant frequency f_r of the resonance circuit on coupling effect were studied, and proper explains were presented. In addition, the dependence of mutual-phase locking strength I_L of junction array on locking voltage V_L was also studied, and compared with the results employing the usual circuit model at the same time.
