为了把磷灰石引入到壳聚糖材料表面,以无需任何表面功能化改性的壳聚糖水凝胶为模板,在温和条件下采用离子组装法在壳聚糖表面构建了磷灰石涂层,通过IR、XRD和SEM表征了磷灰石涂层的组成、形貌和分布规律.结果表明,采用离子组装法在壳聚糖表面形成的磷灰石为含碳酸根磷灰石(CHA),其Ca/P=2.0.在碱处理的条件下,镶嵌在壳聚糖基质中的无定形磷酸钙转变为CHA,壳聚糖水凝胶为磷酸钙提供形核位点和反应介质.CHA涂层中钙元素和磷元素含量呈现从表面向中心逐步降低,显示CHA涂层呈现梯度分布.

In order to incorporate apatite on chitosan surface, the chitosan hydrogel without any treatment for inducing functional groups modification, was used as framework of mineralization. Apatite coating on chitosan was achieved by ions assembly under ambient condition. The microstructure and components of hydroxyapatite coating was investigated by IR, XRD and SEM. Results show that the mineral was mainly composed of carbonated hydroxyapatite (CHA) with Ca/P ratio of 2.0. Amorphous calcium phosphate embedded in chitosan hydrogel converted into CHA with help of alkali treatment, in which chitosan hydrogel provided the nucleate site and medium of inorganic precipitation. The content of calcium and phosphorous elements decrease along radius, which confirmed the gradient structure of CHA coating.
