根据无钟炉顶颗粒运动数学模型,结合炉料在高炉内的堆角,建立了高炉内料面形状数学模型。针对高炉布料过程生产者无法直接观察炉内料面形状和料层厚度等信息,利用激光测试技术,提出新的料面形状测量方法。结合国内某钢厂2 580m3高炉的参数,利用激光测试新方法,测试高炉开炉过程中的料面形状。根据料面形状的测试结果,得到高炉不同布料矩阵对应的料面平台。

Based on the particle movement mathematical model and the repose angle of burden in the BF,the mathematical model of charge level was set up.In order to get the charge level and thickness of burden layers directly,a new method was presented to measure the charge level by laser equipment.The charge level of some 2 580 m3 blast furnace was measured through using this method mentioned above,and the relationship between terrace of charge level and different burden distribution matrix was obtained.
