用XRD和TEM对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/KH-V6型蒙脱土(PMMA/KH-V6型MMT)纳米复合材料进行结构表征,用失重法研究其耐H2SO4腐蚀行为,并用FTIR和XPS分析腐蚀产物膜。结果表明,蒙脱土质量分数为3%时,以单片层剥离形式存在于PMMA基体中,试样的腐蚀速率是纯PMMA的34.2%;PMMA与复合材料的腐蚀产物主要成分均为C、H、O和S元素;蒙脱土的阻隔效应,使PMMA/3%KH-V6型MMT纳米复合材料中PMMA基体的降解行为减弱,腐蚀产物中C元素含量下降,O和S元素含量上升。

The structure of poly (methyl methacrylate)/ montmorillonite (PMMA/MMT) nanocomposites was characterized by means of XRD and TEM. The sulfuric acid corrosion behavior of PMMA/MMT nanocomposites were studied using weight loss testing method, and the corrosion products were analyzed by FTIR and XPS. The solutions show that,exfoliated PMMA/MMT nanocomposites is made, and the corrosion rate of composites is 34.2 percent to PMMA when the mass fraction of MMT reaches 3 %. The corrosion products of both PMMA and its composites are C, H, O and S. Compared with the corrosion product of pure PMMA, C element content of the corrosion product of PMMA/ 3wt% MMT nanocomposites decreases while S and O elements increase introduced by the weaker of the degradation behavior of PMMA matrix for the barrier effect of MMT layer.
