立足于国内大部分中厚板轧机的速度依赖于人工经验设定的现状,本文依据轧制过程中纯轧时间与间歇时间之间此消彼长的关系,建立了以保证终轧温度为主、以生产效率为次的双重目标最优化数学模型,并对咬入速度、稳定轧制速度和抛钢速度的临界值进行分析,将其作为目标函数的约束条件。现场在线应用结果表明:给出的速度设定模型具有很高的安全性,在将终轧温度控制在允许范围内的条件下,每块钢的平均轧制总时间较之前缩短了5.72秒,具有良好的应用前景。

Based on the actuality that most of speed-setting depending on the experiences of operator on plate mill interiorly, a optimum mathematic model with double objects for ensuring finished temperature mainly and improving efficiency secondarily has been established, according to the eliminative and replaceable relations between rolling and interim time. The critical values for bite-speed, stable-speed and throw-speed are analysed, then these values can used to construct the constraint conditions for objective function.The result of on-line application indicated that this model has good security, and the average total time for every plate has been decreased for 5.72 seconds in allowable finished temperature, which has utility value.
