SBS改性沥青具有良好的抗高低温性能,但在高温下储存稳定性差,易产生离析现象.在SBS改性沥青中添加钛酸酯偶联剂可进一步改善其高低温性能,提高其抵抗氧化、高温车辙和低温开裂的能力.通过研究钛酸酯偶联剂对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,获得了二者的最佳配比.偶联剂的加入可导致SBS与沥青之间、偶联剂与SBS之间以及偶联剂与沥青之间发生化学反应,形成网络结构,从而提高SBS与沥青的相容性和SBS改性沥青的稳定性.

SBS-modified asphalt(SMA) shows fine performance at high or low temperature,but it shows poor stability at high temperature,which leads to segregation.The addition of titanate coupling agent in SMA can further increase the elasticity at high temperature and improve the flexibility at low tempearture.These improved parameters can lead to the increasing of anti-oxidation,anti-rutting at high temperature,and anti-cracking at low temperature.The effect of titanate coupling agent on the performance of SMA is investigated and the best match between the coupling agent and SMA is obtained.The addition of coupling agent gives rise to the chemical reactions between unsaturated bonds in SBS and some fraction in asphalt.The formation of networks structures can improve the compatibility between SBS and asphalt and the stability of SMA.
