根据PC轧机的结构特点,用三维差分法分析金属塑性变形,用影响函数法分析辊系弹性变形,建立PC轧机板形板凸度控制模型。对PC轧机轧制过程进行仿真研究,分析其工作辊弯辊力和交叉角控制特性,进而给出相应的控制策略。研究结果表明:在板形控制过程中,PC轧机交叉角具有很强的板形板凸度控制能力,而工作辊弯辊对辊间压力分布影响很大。通过两者合理的设定与分配,可以使辊间压力分布均匀,板形控制效果更为良好。

According to the characters of PC hot strip mill,the PC mill shape and crown predictive model was established to simulate the rolling process of PC mill through using differential method to solve the metal plastic deformation and using influence function method to solve elastic deformation of rolls.The roll-bending force and cross angle control characteristics of PC mill were analyzed,and the corresponding control strategy was given out.The results show that in the whole process of shape setting control,the cross angle has more ability to control shape and crown,but the roll-bending has great impact on distribution force between rolls.Through the reasonable setting and distribution,it will reduce the non-uniform coefficient of distribution force between rolls and the effect of shape control is more favorable.
