临床应用的载铜宫内节育器(CuIUD)在植入人体子宫初期会产生明显的铜离子"暴释"现象,为了提高铜的耐蚀性,减缓铜离子的释放速率,采用热氧化法在铜管表面预先制备氧化层。经250-350℃,30-120 min热氧化处理的铜管,采用SEM和XRD观察、分析氧化层表面形貌及其物相组成,由电化学工作站测试不同氧化工艺后样品的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度及交流阻抗谱。根据测试结果优化的氧化工艺参数为275℃×30 min。采用AAS测试并计算了优化工艺处理后氧化样品及其临床应用样品在模拟宫腔液中铜离子的初期释放浓度,结果表明:经275℃×30 min氧化后可得到表面致密、晶粒均匀的氧化层,其物相为Cu2O、CuO,铜离子在模拟宫腔液中的同期最大释放浓度显著低于临床应用样品。因此,采用适宜的热氧化工艺可显著改善CuIUD临床应用中的"暴释"现象。

Copper intravas uterine device(CuIUD) initially implanted in uterus often brings the "burst release " of Cu2+ in clinic.In order to improve the corrosion resistant of Cu and reduce the release rate of Cu2+,a series of oxidation processes,heating at 250-350 ℃ for 30-120 min,were employed to form a copper oxide layer on surface of the copper pipes in advance.The morphology of oxidized samples was observed by SEM and the phase components of the oxidation layers were analyzed by XRD.The corrosion potential,corrosion current density and alternating current impedance of the samples treated by different oxidation processes were examined by electrochemical tests.The optimized oxidation process is heating at 275 ℃ for 30 min.And furthermore,the release rate of Cu2+ of the sample treated at 275 ℃ for 30 min was researched.The results show that a compact and uniform oxidation layer composing of Cu2O and CuO forms on the surface of the copper pipes treated by the optimized oxidation process,and the release rate of Cu2+ of the processed sample is significantly lower than that of the samples which are commonly used in clinic.So the "burst release" phenomenon of Cu2+ for CuIUD used in clinic could be evidently improved by oxidation treatment.
